Every other week on your scheduled recycling day. Up to 3 cubic yards placed 3 feet from carts.
Every Tuesday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Move parked cars off curbs.
Clear vehicles from curbside on sweeping days to maintain storm drain cleanliness.
We alert you when it's regular trash day, when recycling week rotates, and when holiday schedules move your pickup date by 24 hours.
Activate Reminders for 89084 →Summer Hours (June 1 – Labor Day): 5:30 AM early start (June 1 through Labor Day). Set carts out by 8:00 PM the night before.
Standard Hours (Fall/Winter/Spring): 7:00 AM standard start (day after Labor Day through May 31).
Curbside Time Window: Containers may be placed on the curb starting at 6:00 PM the night before and must be returned behind gates by 8:00 PM on pickup day (North Las Vegas Municipal Code 8.08.050).
Cart Storage Rule: Aliante Master Association and City of North Las Vegas code require trash and recycling carts stored out of public view behind garage doors or side yard fencing.
HOA Enforcement: The Aliante Master Association and Valley Vista sub-associations issue $50 to $100 compliance notices if bins remain on curbs past pickup evening.
If New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas falls on your service day, collection shifts forward by 24 hours. Republic Services Southern Nevada observes the following 6 holidays:
Residential trash is collected weekly (Tuesdays in master-planned subdivisions like Aliante, or Thursdays depending on your street). Recycling runs bi-weekly on A-Week rotation.
Between June 1 and Labor Day, drivers begin routes at 5:30 AM due to desert heat. Set your carts out by 8:00 PM the night before so you do not miss pickup.
You can place up to 3 cubic yards of large household items curbside on your scheduled bi-weekly bulk day. Mattresses must be wrapped in plastic film.
Carts must be removed from the curb by 8:00 PM on service day and stored behind your side gate or inside your garage. TrashReminders sends an automated SMS at 8:00 PM the night before so you remember to roll them out.
