Curbside solid waste, recycling, and bulk collection across San Antonio is managed by City of San Antonio and serviced primarily by City of San Antonio Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD).
Set carts out by 7:00 AM on collection day or after 6:00 PM the evening before. Return carts to storage area by 8:00 PM on pickup day.
The City of San Antonio SWMD provides 4 seasonal collections per year: 2 Brush collection weeks and 2 Bulky item collection weeks, alternating throughout the year.
Blue recycling carts are collected bi-weekly (every other week) on your designated collection day on either Week A or Week B.
